Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 5+ years practicing law with substantial real estate development and economic development experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating community benefit agreements, development agreements and incentive agreements.
• Experience drafting real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases and related documents.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, land use and real estate finance concepts.

Aufgaben

• Lead drafting and negotiation of community benefit and development agreements with municipalities and authorities.
• Advise on zoning, entitlements, land use, tax incentives and infrastructure commitments.
• Manage multiple deals from diligence through closing with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase/sale agreements, leases, easements and related documents.
• Provide sound legal and business judgment on loans, joint ventures and compliance.
• Develop templates and playbooks to improve process efficiency.
