Quality Technology Services, LLC seeks a Senior Counsel, Real Estate to lead drafting and negotiation of economic development and real estate documents for data center campuses. You will advise on zoning, incentives, and development agreements, coordinating with development teams and outside counsel.

This role emphasizes strong negotiation, analytical skills and cross‑functional collaboration across legal and business teams.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• Minimum of 5 years practicing law with substantial real estate development and economic development experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating community benefit agreements, development agreements and incentives.
• Experience drafting real estate development documents including purchase agreements, leases and easements.
• Experience reviewing title commitments, surveys and related due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting and negotiation of community benefit and development agreements with municipalities and authorities.
• Advise on zoning, entitlements, land use, tax incentives and public-approval processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel on incentive and development matters.
• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase agreements, leases, easements and related documents.
• Review title commitments, surveys and related due diligence; resolve issues with title companies.
• Support non-real estate contracts as needed.
