Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager for real estate occupancy initiatives and large interior renovation programs. You will lead design coordination, external vendors, and site teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include budget control, schedule management, and strategic collaboration with CRE stakeholders. A PMI credential and LEED familiarity are highly valued, with extensive leadership responsibilities in a complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.
• 7+ years managing large-scale construction projects (> $5M).
• Experience in corporate or commercial real estate.
• Strong cost estimation and savings/avoidance knowledge.
• HVAC, mechanical, electrical and building systems understanding.
• LEED/PMI credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate occupancy strategies via formal PM processes.
• Coordinate design, external vendors, and construction teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Communicate project status to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Lead external service providers and drive process improvements.
• Oversee RFPs, scope/bid reviews, and contract processing.
• Mentor project coordinators and managers in PM practices.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and cost controls.
• Other duties as assigned.
