Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Construction Project Manager to oversee interior leasehold improvements and new ground-up work. Responsibilities include coordinating design from internal teams to external vendors, directing on-site personnel, and ensuring budgets and schedules are met for projects exceeding $1M.

The role requires 3+ years in corporate or commercial real estate, strong cost estimation skills, and proficiency with AutoCAD and IWMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, finance or related field.
• 3 years of experience in project management for large (> $1M) construction projects.
• Experience in corporate or commercial real estate and cost estimation.
• Substitutions acceptable; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design from internal teams to external vendors and manage construction and site personnel.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules; track expenses and changes.
• Communicate project status to sponsors, users, and management; ensure on-time closeout.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, POs, and budgeting in enterprise systems.
