Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (Architectural, Civil, Structural).
• 7 years of project management experience on large, complex interior/lease‑hold projects.
• Experience in corporate or commercial real estate.
• Strong cost estimation and cost savings/avoidance skills.
• Understanding of HVAC, mechanical, electrical and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Corporation's real estate project management programs.
• Coordinate design from internal teams to external vendors and oversee construction.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules; track cost changes.
• Communicate project status to sponsors, users and management.
• Mentor Project Coordinators and Project Managers in PM processes and leadership.
• Ensure procurement policy compliance and review contracts and change orders.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and reduce operating costs.
