Allegheny Health Network is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic real estate and construction initiatives in support of corporate objectives. This role coordinates design, construction, and site personnel, overseeing budgets, schedules, and contractor management to ensure timely delivery of multifaceted interiors projects greater than $5 million.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering required.
7+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects.
Experience with cost estimation and budget management for real estate.

Responsabilidades

Manage and implement the corporation's real estate occupancy strategies via formal project management.
Coordinate design, construction, and site personnel; negotiate contracts and budgets.
Develop and manage project schedules; communicate status to stakeholders.
Lead external service providers; drive process improvement and cost control.
Support enterprise real estate portfolio planning and space utilization metrics.
