Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage complex real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will coordinate across buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys and lenders, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to deadlines.

The role is hybrid, blending remote work with in-office collaboration, and requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and knowledge of transaction processes. East London experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a higher degree is a plus.
• 4+ years in real estate transaction coordination or similar admin role.
• Experience handling multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from contract to closing for residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare and review purchase agreements, disclosures, and closing statements.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors.
• Track deadlines and keep files organized, both digital and physical.
• Communicate status updates to clients and stakeholders; resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with closing binders and post-closing documentation; stay updated on laws.
