Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a global portfolio with remote or hybrid options.

You will coordinate leases, renewals, purchases, and related transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and client service across internal teams and external brokers. Ideal candidates will have a state real estate salesperson license and at least 2 years of CRE transaction experience, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents such as leases, purchase & sale agreements, subleases, SNDA, estoppel, and assignment agreements.
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, e.g., brokers.
• Support transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and real estate market information from research and brokers.
• Coordinate financial analysis and input commission data into reporting systems.
• Prepare and review RFPs, LOIs, engagements, and service requests.
• Ensure timely transaction information is entered into databases and generate client reports.
