Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for a fully remote role within a high‑volume real estate operations team. The ideal candidate will manage contracts through closing, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processes while coordinating with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, title companies, and attorneys.

You will review documents, prepare updates, maintain files, and resolve issues in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of real estate transaction processes, contracts, and closing procedures.
• Proficiency with real estate transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, DocuSign Transaction Rooms, SkySlope) and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract execution through closing, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with agents, clients, attorneys, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth progress.
• Review and manage all transaction‑related documents for accuracy and compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and distribute transaction status updates to all relevant parties regularly.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical transaction files.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or conflicts during the transaction process.
• Ensure all disclosures and paperwork are completed and submitted on time.
• Assist agents with contract preparation and negotiation support.
• Stay up‑to‑date on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Process and coordinate the disbursement of funds upon closing.
