Qualifications

• BA in accounting or finance required.
• MBA and/or CPA license a plus.
• Experience leading Real Estate accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Real Estate CAS team, ensuring timely client deliverables.
• Guide complex accounting services and provide solutions.
• Drive business development for Real Estate practice.
• Mentor managers and staff in construction accounting practices.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve processes.
