Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Manager for the Not-for-Profit Client Accounting Advisory team. This remote role may require periodic office presence for client work, meetings, or training.

The Not-for-Profit team provides accounting, advisory, and technology services, including books maintenance and financial close. The successful candidate will lead the team, deliver high-quality work, manage client relationships, and drive improvements while maintaining compliance and ethics per AICPA

Qualifications

• BA required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Proven ability to lead corporate accounting processes.
• Strong GAAP experience with close and financial reporting.
• Lead CAS engagements for nonprofit/governmental entities with Uniform Guidance.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Not-for-Profit accounting team and client delivery.
• Drive complex accounting services and ensure timely work product.
• Guide global teams, mentor staff, and develop client relationships.
• Oversee monthly close, financial statements, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Promote process improvements and cross-selling opportunities.
