Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Restructuring team in the Restructuring & Dispute Resolution Advisory practice. Hybrid remote role with potential office presence for client work, meetings, or trainings.

Responsibilities include financial modeling, statement analysis, expert reports, and data-driven investigations. Requires 3+ years in forensic accounting and related fields, with CPA/CFA/CFE/CIRA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in forensic accounting / litigation support and related areas.
• Credentials such as CFA, CPA, CFE, or CIRA are preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and financial statement analysis and document review.
• Prepare materials for findings, reports, and expert investigations.
• Analyze profits, costs, cash flows, and market trends for clients.
• Identify project issues and raise them to management.
• Interact with attorneys and client personnel to convey business knowledge.
