The role involves leading accounting and controllership activities for clients, guiding month-end closes, audits, and process improvements. Remote-friendly with occasional office contact as needed.

The ideal candidate has 10–15+ years in accounting/controllership, CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills to interact with C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field.
• Professional designation (CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 10–15+ years of work experience in accounting and controller roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting functions for clients across diverse industries.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate audits and improve accounting processes and controls.
• Develop cash forecasts and support client financial reporting.
• Mentor and coach team members on technical and career development.
