You will provide analytical and transactional support for leasing, licensing, and management of real property to advance client objectives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 9 years of equivalent experience, 5+ years in real estate roles, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, Geography, Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in real estate, property management, land administration, leasing, or related areas.
• Experience with real estate records, title documents, surveys, environmental reports, and related materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and transaction support for leasing, licensing, and management of real property.
• Coordinate with Real Estate Managers, landowners, and partners on lease transactions.
• Maintain accurate real estate records and databases and ensure proper documentation storage.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and dashboards for management on portfolio activity.
• Track critical lease dates and assist in risk mitigation and process improvements.
