Job summary

Panasonic Corporation of North America in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Analyst in Real Estate and Corporate Services to deliver financial analytics, budget planning, and lease administration across the corporate footprint. You will support lease negotiations, cost optimization, and reporting, reporting to the Senior Manager of Real Estate.

Travel may be required. The role requires 3–5 years in commercial real estate, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and proven analytical ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree in Business or Real Estate related major a plus.
• 3-5 years of Commercial and/or Corporate real estate experience (experience with Corporate Travel & Fleet program a plus).
• Proficient in real estate financial analysis, modeling of discounted cash flows and analysis of real estate market data.
• Experience in budget development & management skills
• Experience in lease review, administration and related analytics
• Experience negotiating with landlords and other 3rd party service providers
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools for data compilation and aggregation
• Proficient in preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Proven analytical skills to evaluate trends & implement programs to improve performance & business productivity
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedules

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analytics and reporting for PNA.Real Estate footprint
• Budget planning and lease administration duties
• Manage lease extensions, renewals, and terminations for strategic planning
• Monitor critical dates on leased properties and kick off projects within 18–20 months
• Review lease agreements for accurate rent and expenses
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance on lease administration
• Support special projects and cost optimization initiatives
• Assist with Travel & Fleet program management as needed
