Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deal Support: Partner with Senior Leasing Representatives to drive the deal process from prospecting through completion.
• Travel nationwide for prospecting trips to identify new and exciting opportunities.
• Attend tenant meetings to gain negotiation exposure.
• Assist with the analysis of deal terms and economics.
• Prepare proposals and marketing materials for active deals.
• Market Intelligence: Identify and pursue new tenant opportunities for the portfolio and personal deal pipeline.
• Track retail, restaurant, and entertainment trends to spot brands ready for expansion.
• Stay current on competitive properties and their tenants.
• Develop strategic insights on prospective tenants' history, ownership, and financial position.
