Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to manage a nationwide portfolio of over 300 properties with a focus on lease negotiations and data management.

This on-site role requires 2–4 years of CRE experience, proficiency with CoStar and Excel, and deep knowledge of leasing terms, COI, and rent reconciliations. You will coordinate with brokers, legal counsel, and accountants to ensure timely lease extensions and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial or corporate real estate.
• Proficiency in COI, rent reconciliations and leasing terms.
• Experience with lease administration and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lease analysis and negotiation drafting amendments.
• Maintain real estate database and monitor critical dates.
• Coordinate payments with Accounts Payable and landlords.
• Oversee property walk-throughs, facility repairs, and compliance.
• Review zoning, occupancy permits, and design guidelines.
• Serve as liaison with brokers, lawyers, and consultants.
