Job summary

Sustainable Engineering Solutions, LLC in Rocky Hill, CT seeks an RCx Project Manager to plan, direct and lead retro-commissioning and existing building projects. You will manage RCx engineers, coordinate with owners and utility programs, and ensure high‑quality client service throughout CT, RI, MA, NY and beyond.

Requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5+ years in commissioning, and strong knowledge of HVAC, building automation and energy programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in commissioning, retro-commissioning or energy engineering.
• Experience managing project scopes, budgets and staff.
• HVAC and building automation knowledge; IPMVP familiarity.
• PE/CCP/CEM or BEAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct retro-commissioning and existing building commissioning.
• Lead RCx engineers and analysts; manage staff and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, facility staff and program administrators.
• Review documentation, perform testing, and verify corrective actions.
• Lead business development and client presentations.
