Cm3 Building Solutions is seeking a RCx Technician to perform retro-commissioning services for building automation, building envelope, and mechanical systems at Fort Washington, PA. The role involves on-site testing, data collection, and documentation of devices tested, with daily reporting duties and collaboration with customer IT professionals.

The position requires 1–3 years of HVAC/BAS experience, an associated degree or relevant technical training, and flexibility for occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of HVAC and BAS systems experience.
• Vocational or associate’s degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology or related field.
• Knowledge of low voltage power, communication and network wiring practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide software project upload and data update.
• Complete onsite testing (functional and pre-functional) of mechanical and automation systems.
• Collect field readings and document devices tested.
• Perform automation system verification and validation; document results.
• Assist in report compilation and daily reports.
