Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Energy Engineer to lead RCx projects for commercial and industrial clients. You will perform site assessments, analyze operating data, develop energy conservation measures, calculate savings, and support implementation.

Minimum 7+ years in energy efficiency, RCx, or building optimization is required. Strong BAS knowledge and data analysis skills are essential. Travel to Evansville, IN area and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in energy efficiency, retro-commissioning, commissioning, building controls, energy engineering, or building systems optimization.
• Demonstrated experience independently conducting RCx, commissioning, energy studies, or similar building optimization projects.
• Strong working knowledge of BAS, control sequences, and building operating strategies, with ability to analyze schedules, setpoints, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead RCx and building optimization projects from engagement through implementation support, verification, and reporting.
• Conduct site investigations and facility walkthroughs to evaluate building systems and energy opportunities.
• Analyze HVAC, BAS, control sequences, schedules, and data to identify energy performance opportunities.
