Job summary

Metrocare Services is seeking a Senior Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA programming for children with Autism in clinic or home settings. The role includes collaboration with BCBA and families, data entry, and creating learning materials. You will carry a caseload and ensure direct intervention hours weekly.

Requires active RBT certification, Texas driver license, and ability to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment with strict documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma; Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: Two years of work with children ages 2-12 with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Must hold an active RBT certification from BACB and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BCBA, parents, and clinical team to develop target goals.
• Implement 1:1, 1:2, or group ABA programming for assigned individuals.
• Plan and use instructional strategies, activities, and materials.
• Document sessions and progress in the electronic health record.
• Deliver a minimum of 22 hours of direct intervention per week.
