Metrocare Services is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to implement Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) goals for children with autism in clinic or home settings. The role focuses on functional communication, socialization, and reducing challenging behaviors under BCBA supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma and familiarity with computer tools; on-the-job training for RBT credentials is provided. Expect a collaborative team environment and regular clinical meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum of 30 hours of direct intervention weekly.
