Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst from the BACB
• Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct various assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Monitor client progress and data analysis under BCBA supervision.
• Train and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
