Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clinic, home, school, or community settings.

You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and track session data, and collaborate with families to support communication, social, and daily living skills. This role values ethics, ongoing certification, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• Ability to provide credential verification documentation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card if applying in AZ.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to work with children for multiple hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, or community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect, record, and maintain session data and documentation.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain a safe, ethical, and supportive therapy environment.
• Uphold and maintain an active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB.
• Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethics Code and organizational policies.
