Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies seeks an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will implement intervention plans, collect data, and help children advance in communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role requires ongoing certification maintenance and the ability to work in clinic, home, school, or community settings. Flexible scheduling and strong supervision support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active RBT credential required and verifiable.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• TB test completed within the past year and able to pass background checks.
• Arizona applicants need Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations and ability to work with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and collect accurate data.
• Support skill development in communication, social, and daily living domains.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to promote progress.
• Maintain ethical practice and uphold BACB RBT ethics.
