Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to homes/schools/clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Communicate session progress with the clinical team.
