Responsibilities

• Independently conducts research in area of specialty.
• Leads staff and supervises 2–3 direct reports and 1–5 indirect reports.
• Oversees budgeting and hiring/terminations per policy.
• Maintains lab safety and accurate record keeping.
• Collaborates with research staff to develop methods and projects.
