• Licensure/certification/registry in Radiology.
• BLS certification within 30 days per AHA.
• Advanced technical computer skills for department systems.

Responsibilities

• Represents the division on technical leadership initiatives and coordinates department-wide efforts.
• Inspires and trains staff to ensure morale, quality, and safety in patient care.
• Manages inventory of supplies and equipment; monitors utilization and changes in technique.
• Maintains division policy and procedure manuals; participates in leadership team decisions.
• Directs daily work activities and personnel actions (hiring, termination, performance reviews).
