The US Oncology Network seeks a Senior Medical Coding Educator to lead Radiation Oncology coding education at Texas Oncology in Richardson, TX. You will develop tools and deliver programs across departments, supporting audits, denials, and education delivery, while aligning with compliance standards and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; five years of coding education or related experience.
• Five years of professional fee coding, coding education, coding audit, or related experience.
• Three years of direct Radiation Oncology experience and education delivery required.
• Experience educating physicians and staff on coding and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation oncology coding, documentation, billing, and reimbursement education.
• Deliver education via individual sessions, group meetings, webinars, and guidance.
• Develop education materials, tools, and provider resources.
• Review audits and payer changes to set education priorities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Compliance, and leadership.
