Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in professional coding audits and reviews.

• Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and payer guidance.
• Experience with coding and billing systems and EHRs.

• Perform complex reviews of coding, documentation, billing, and workflows.
• Coordinate with Coding Operations, Education, Revenue Cycle, and IT to validate findings.
• Prepare concise reports with root cause, impact, and recommendations.
• Lead audits, data validation, and reporting of findings to leadership.
• Track corrective actions through completion and follow-up reviews.
• Stay current with coding guidance, payer policies, and regulatory updates.
