Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java, or DOORS.
• Experience with systems analysis, algorithms, requirements development, and/or signal processing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing radar system performance data against requirements.
• Identifying performance deficiencies and proposing solutions.
• Defining and prototyping new algorithms to enhance system performance.
• Presenting plans, designs and system performance to peers, leadership and external customers.
• Providing subject matter expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
