Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer in Woburn, MA to define radar system requirements and architectures. You will work with software teams to ensure proper implementation and assess radar performance data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities include presenting designs to leadership and customers, and providing SME support to agile teams, with a focus on radar, signal processing, and C4I concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Matlab, C/C++, Java or DOORS.
• Experience with systems analysis, algorithms, requirements development, and/or signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Define radar system requirements, architectures and algorithms.
• Collaborate with software teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Analyze radar performance data and propose improvements.
• Present plans and system performance to leadership and customers.
• Provide SME input to agile software development teams.
