nVent is seeking engineers to lead New Product Introduction projects through a stage-gate process from Discover to Deploy. You will coordinate schedules with engineering and design teams to ensure timely launches across branded platform and customer-specific products.

The role requires a bachelor's in engineering, 5+ years of related experience including 2+ years in project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in project management or leading teams.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional coordination.

Mansioni

• Lead teams to develop and design New Product Introduction products following a stage-gate process from Discover through Develop and Deploy.
• Drive, coordinate and maintain project schedules; partner with engineers and designers on product design activities.
• Direct outside activities such as regulatory testing; coordinate cross-functional teams (Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply, ISC, Quality and Compliance).
• Manage a portfolio of projects to keep on track and mitigate risks early.
• Track portfolio KPIs and continuously improve development processes to reduce cycle time.
