Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Senior NPI Project Manager to lead the introduction and launch of new products into manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, serving as the main customer contact throughout the NPI process.

The role requires an organized, proactive leader who can manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, operations, management or engineering.
• Minimum 6 years electronic assembly experience or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Prior NPI and transfer process experience is a must.
• Experience in managing projects using a stage-gate methodology.
• Aerospace and Defense, AS9100 experience an asset.
• Hands on technical capabilities with strong knowledge of assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop launch strategies, timelines, and cost estimates for high complexity, strategic new product launches.
• Coordinate all NPI deliverables to customers, managing launch activities and risks.
• Facilitate NPI Stage Gate reviews to confirm program readiness and align cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary customer liaison to communicate project status and scope changes.
• Develop strong customer relationships by anticipating needs and collaborating.
• Lead customer and senior management meetings to present executive summaries.
