Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team and set priorities.
• Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations at Collegeville and other sites.
• Develop and manage the Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams and translate strategy into research priorities.
• Oversee project delivery, documentation, and removal of roadblocks.
