Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, to guide a 13 FTE multidisciplinary team supporting the Cleaning Growth Platform and other DIS segments.

You will drive laboratory operations, portfolio planning, and cross-functional execution to deliver new products and technologies. The role emphasizes people leadership, safety, and collaboration with global Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• Strong commitment to safe operations and responsible research.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team; set priorities and manage performance.
• Attract and retain talent; conduct regular development discussions and align people with strategy.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and champion EHS policies.
