Dow Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers and contractors, guiding product and application development across the Cleaning Growth Platform and related market segments with global collaboration.

This role requires strategic people leadership, safe laboratory operations, portfolio management, and cross‑functional execution to deliver new technologies and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• Commitment to safe operations and responsible research.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-site R&D team across Collegeville and Midland.
• Align people and assignments with business strategy.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and EH&S standards.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and platforms.
• Translate strategy into research priorities and execution plans.
• Partner with global functions to advance research and commercialization.
• Engage external partners to support growth opportunities.
