Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong commitment to safe operations and responsible research.
- US work authorization without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-site R&D team and set priorities, allocate resources, and drive performance.
- Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and champion EHS policies.
- Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and platforms.
- Translate strategy into research priorities, charters, and execution plans.
- Oversee project delivery with rigorous scientific methods and clear documentation.
