Dow is seeking a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, to spearhead a 13-person, multi-site team focused on Cleaning Growth Platform initiatives and related DIS segments. The role blends leadership, safe lab operations, and innovation portfolio management to deliver new products and platforms.

You will drive cross-functional execution, collaborate with internal and external partners, and guide invention and IP strategies to create sustainable growth for Dow Industrial Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site R&D team, set priorities and allocate resources.
• Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and EH&S adherence.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and platforms.
• Translate strategy into research priorities and execution plans.
• Oversee project delivery with rigorous methods and documentation.
• Advance IP strategies and patent filings.
• Collaborate with global product, process, and commercial teams.
• Engage external partners to support growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets, capital plans, and investments for capability growth.
