Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
• Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
• Commitment to safe operations and responsible research practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-site R&D team (Collegeville and Midland).
• Prioritize, allocate resources, manage performance and foster engagement.
• Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations following EHS policies.
• Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
• Translate business strategy into research priorities and execution plans.
• Oversee project delivery with rigorous methods and clear documentation.
• Champion IP strategies including patent filings.
• Partner globally with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, EI&G R&D, Commercial and Marketing.
• Engage with customers, universities, and external partners to foster growth.
• Manage budgets, capital plans, and investments to grow capabilities.
