Dow Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA. You will head a 13 FTE multi-site team to advance the Cleaning Growth Platform and related markets, including Pharma and Crop sectors.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, portfolio management, and cross-functional execution across Collegeville and Midland. You will partner with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, and Commercial teams to drive new products, technology platforms, and sustainable growth, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
Ability to lead teams, manage complex technical work, and collaborate across functions.
Strong commitment to safe operations and responsible research practices.
Eligibility to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team and set priorities.
Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations across sites Collegeville and Midland.
Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
Lead cross-functional teams to translate strategy into research priorities and plans.
Oversee project delivery with rigorous methods and clear documentation.
Champion IP strategies and patent filings; drive innovation delivery.
