Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-site R&D team, set priorities, allocate resources, manage performance, and foster engagement.
Develop, manage and prioritize the Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
Ensure safe, compliant lab operations and champion EH&S policies.
Translate business strategy into research priorities, charters and execution plans.
Partner with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, EI&G R&D, and commercial teams to advance research and commercialization.
Engage external partners to support existing products and generate growth opportunities.
Oversee budgets, capital plans and investments to grow capabilities.
