You will apply engineering methods to complex parts, processes, or components, evaluate feasibility, and implement improvements under minimal direction. You will lead cross-functional projects, mentor team members, author technical documentation, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or related field with 11 years' experience (or master's with 9).
• Extensive proven success delivering projects to commercial expectations.
• Strong project management skills and understanding of project financials.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; 10% travel.

• Apply advanced engineering and scientific principles to determine feasibility for challenging projects.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with partners.
