Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Math, or related field and 11 years’ experience or master’s degree and 9 years’ experience.
• Minimum 9 years of experience in product development with an emphasis on engineering design and development.
• Superior project management skills and experience; proven success in understanding project financials and determining product cost drivers.
• Strong statistical analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Creative Problem Solving, and Critical Thinking skills.
• Strong in DFMEA and Design of Experiments methods.
• Ability to work well independently or collaboratively in teams.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams; ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
• Superior time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven success coaching and mentoring others.
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; 10% Travel.

• Apply engineering and scientific principles to determine technical feasibility for challenging projects.
• Lead brainstorming meetings across the organization and gain buy-in from cross-functional partners.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members and cross-functional teams.
• Plan, prioritize, and execute complex tasks aligned with corporate goals.
• Provide technical support for CAPA or complaint investigations and document outcomes.
• Develop and implement improvements to product performance and department practices.
