Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 12+ years of progressive product development experience in a regulated industry.
- Strong technical judgment and leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in DFSS/Design for Six Sigma and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and project leadership for complex product development initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.
- Develop, analyze, test, and validate medical devices for parenteral and enteral medications.
- Apply advanced engineering principles across multiple disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies and design controls.
