BD is seeking a Sr. Staff R&D Engineer to lead cross-functional medical device development within the Medication Delivery Solutions, Injection Systems team. You will guide programs from concept through commercialization with an emphasis on elastomeric materials and drug delivery integration.

You will mentor engineers, drive risk-led design, run DFSS/DOE studies, and coordinate with suppliers and partners to deliver robust, compliant products on aggressive timelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Bachelor's degree holders with 12+ years of progressive product development experience in a regulated industry.
• MS: 10+ years of progressive product development experience in a regulated industry.
• PhD: 7+ years of progressive product development experience in a regulated industry.

• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.
