• Familiarity with ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, UL, or IEC standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee R&D projects from concept to implementation
• Develop and implement innovative switchgear solutions to improve performance
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with product development, manufacturing and quality assurance teams
• Prepare technical reports, papers and presentations for stakeholders
