Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (4-year degree).
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles and fundamentals.
• Experience with AutoCAD (latest version) or equivalent CAD software.
• Experience with 3D design using Creo, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and related tools.
• Authorization to work legally in the US.

Responsibilities

• Create mechanical designs for electrical distribution equipment (ANSI Air Insulated Switchgear).
• Work under guidance of senior engineers and independently decide on mechanical designs.
• Perform surveys, standard computations, analysis, and basic design tasks.
• Prepare project documentation within deliverables scope.
