As a Senior R&D Electrical Engineer, you will lead projects through the full development cycle, from road-mapping and requirements to hardware, firmware, validation and launch, working with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent four-year technical degree
• 5+ years of PCB/electronic hardware design and development experience
• System level design and/or analysis experience
• Design verification and regulatory testing
• US Citizens and/or Permanent Residents of the United States

Responsibilities

• Develop fire detection and control systems for vehicles and equipment with wireless connectivity to mine management/control centers.
• Develop fire detection and control systems for high-end restaurants, casinos, arenas, and food courts with cloud connectivity and e-notifications.
• Develop control systems for firefighter air-replenishment systems.
• Design PCB assemblies and embedded firmware for these assemblies.
• Collaborate globally with engineers, product management and manufacturing throughout the development cycle.
• Work with external suppliers, approval agencies, and design partners.
