The role requires leadership in safety and environmental standards, maintaining cost control, and fostering a culture of quality and accountability within a growing network of plants.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in quarry or mining management.
• Strong knowledge of quarry/mining operations, including excavation, drilling, blasting and processing.
• Proven leadership, communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all quarry operations with focus on safety, production goals and environmental compliance.
• Strategize objectives aligning with SRM's mission, promoting safety, performance and quality.
• Direct plant operations including production, maintenance, quality and logistics to meet objectives efficiently.
